This project involved the ground-up construction of a brand-new Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant, designed and built to meet modern standards for functionality and style. The construction process encompassed all new site work to prepare the location, followed by the complete building of a 1,400-square-foot restaurant from the ground up. Key elements of the construction were self-performed, showcasing a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. These tasks included the structural framing of the building, the installation of interior wall coverings, the application of durable and hygienic FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) panels, and the precise installation of custom millwork. This comprehensive approach ensured a high-quality build that aligns with the brand's standards and customer expectations.
